We were running today, me and Nadia.
- In the morning, we were slightly late on our usual tram, and we run down our forest.
- In the afternoon, we were late to her speech therapy, and so we ran again.
Both times she was laughing.
She’s a great runner!
Both times we were on time. Even much earlier! We weren’t really late, we had little time if anything would go wrong.
I had them very difficult, both runs. I’ve lost all my endurance, completely lost it.
Sigh.
But it felt so good afterwards! I gave up on running any time soon. Yet now I think: does winter a bad timing to start running again? I desperately need it, but I afraid I may make things worse. I’m not recovering. The sleep is just awful.
Speaking of the devil.
Good night.
