I was about to deploy a blog like that, but I realised… I have nobody to read it :)
Disappearance
I’ve been thinking of my way of making a blog, a diary that one might share among friends. I couldn’t come up with the idea, but then I realised I can make my blog utilise the feature some social networks has: disappearing messages. Like those in Snapchat (? never used) or Instagram Stories.
I hope that won’t force anyone check the blog relentlessly. It should be rather the opposite: if you missed something, so be it. No problem, really. Nothing of too importance in here. If you really interested in how am I doing, you can always just write directly.
I’ve chosen 30 days for now. Visiting once a month may be suffice, even if you want to stay informed on everything. Also, a hint: RSS may keep you all messages.
Reply
I added this ‘Reply by email’ button below each post. There’s no email listed, but you know my email, right? If you not, well, you can ask, or comment elsewhere too.
The topics I consider interesting and worth sharing with a wider audience, I’d share them later. This is like Nightly or Canary channel from some browsers. I collect some thoughts, which I don’t mind being shared with a close circle of contacts, but I don’t really want to share it. And I don’t want it to be indexed by search engines. That’s why I rotate all the content, to avoid indexing and scraping.
